Production Coordinator

Job Description:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a team of in-house and freelance photographers, videographers, and graphic designers. Their duties include communicating directly with clients on a regular basis and coordinating the fulfillment of production projects.

Here’s what we’re expecting you can do:

Manage the company’s production calendar. (Google Drive)
Conduct research on the client to gather and propose creative ideas for their production projects.
Construct the creative brief for every shoot including location, timing, and equipment/ materials needed.
Ask the client for scripts or in some cases writes the scripts for the clients.
Post Production: Manage the due date and the delivery timeline with the team working on the assets.
Work with all parties to ensure quality of product.
Ensure external partners and internal operational teams are processing and delivering priorities as required to meet client expectations.
Handle inter-company file and document coordination. (Google Drive)
Proactively identify potential issues/problems with ongoing projects and communicates with internal teams, leadership, and directly with the client to resolve.
May be required to travel out of town or on location for client shoots.

Qualifications (Required)

4+ years of Project Management, Production or Post-Production experience.
2+ years experience with Google Drive (gmail, calendar, etc.)
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems with little guidance.
Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends on occasion.

Qualifications (Preferred)

BA or BS degree in related fields.
2+ years experience with or related workflow/ project management tool.
Understanding of traditional media and digital marketing assets.
